Key Fob Question

I really want one of the Pave Skull and Crossbones key fobs and have been looking online for them. I saw them on eBay and there are key fobs, small lanyards (for something like a cell phone charm), and charms on pins. Did it come all three ways, or did someone modify them and selling them as something else? If so, I would like to know how the pave skull is originally supposed to be. Thank you!

The pave Skull originally came on a cell phone lanyard. It was then released as a keyfob last year in clear and pink. Back in July it was released as a kilt pin from the Poppy jewelry collection.
