Is there some sort of chain/lanyard/charm that i can hook on like a lanyard to the key cles so I can have it around my wrist when hands are full?

I was thinking of similar except to hang from belt loops or even as a neck strap!

Randomly inspired by Hermes which has Airpods lanyard charms.

I'm sure there are much cheaper ones on Amazon etc in various sizes. Otherwise wristlets in various materials from different brands including high street can definitely be attached, though you might need a separate D or O ring to attach the two.

As @bagsamplified stated, you can find cheaper alternatives depending what you want, on Amazon. I had a custom black leather one (from "MauttoAccessories" on Etsy ) made to attach to my Since 1854 TP:
