Yes, that is the YSL easy bag and her scarf is the White & Warren cashmere travel wrap in fawn, it is amazing, I wear mine all the time. As for her blazer......I am not sure but I do remember that picture is from Lucky magazine so I will try to find it and report back

It's a "Dean" recycled bag. The name of the bag is: "machine stitched teardrop b09 rec"

Keri used in 2003, but now I see that Mary Kate Olsen used the same bag, with other color, in 2009.
Please, don't say it's a Marni bag, because I've searched, and it doesn't match.
