Kelly Wallet, Rome or Paris?

Hi ladies,


I would like to know, if I want to get Kelly wallet, is it better in Paris or Rome?
As for LV, I know it's cheaper in Paris but how about Hermes? I searched through the thread and some people said that the price will be the same for Hermes. However, there'll be more choices in Paris (Is these choices only for Birkin or for everything, such as Kelly wallet?).

Then how about VAT refund? On 2009 thread, I found VAT refund in Rome is 12%, is it true ? How about VAT refund in Paris? How many percent is that?

From memory (of when I was in Paris in Dec/Jan and Milan in May) H prices were the same or very similar. From experience, when in Europe, the availability of the exact product you're after is the issue rather than the price. I haven't been to H in Rome but the Milan H had I think only 1 Kelly wallet at the time whereas at FSH they had more colors.

As for the VAT, I'm pretty sure from memory that both Italy and France gives 12% refund.

Sorry, a bit off topic with Milan but hih anyway :)
