Did anyone see the ruffled, tiered top worn on Regis and Kelly yesterday during the beach dinner?? (not during the promo part)

It had a 3-tiered ruffle of varying textures and lengths with somewhat of a burnout collar??

I'm hoping someone saw it and might have an idea of the designer....
....anyone see it? :rolleyes:

... it's not the DVF dress during the chat/fashion finder.... it was the ruffled white tank she wore on the beach.
