Hi all, sorry if this is a stupid question. I’ve been wanting this bracelet in rose gold. I’ve seen it on Canadian and some European online H stores but not in the US in the past few months. Does that mean this is a seasonal item that is no longer going to be available in the US? I’m only interested in a brand new item from a boutique. Can my SA order it for me from Canada?

Your SA cannot order it from Canada’s website. They can theoretically do a world wide search for it but for such a low cost piece, I would be surprised if they are inclined to do so. Regardless, the US website inventory has no bearing on boutique stock. Just ask your SA to source it.
@acrowcounted very helpful as always! Thank you. My SA has not been enthusiastic about getting anything for me from my non-bag wishlist (a RTW for my husband for example). I’ve been only shopping with them for 3 months however and I nowhere close to being a big spender (14k across 3 boutique visits with them). Perhaps they may be open to sourcing things for me after a few months of consistent boutique shopping?
If you are 100% committed to purchasing it, assuming she can find it, I would just ask “Hi Sue, I’d really love to grab this bracelet. Can you check if it’s available? “ And then include a picture with the Hermes reference number and size. Usually if they don’t respond, that means it’s not available. I would then ask again the next time I was in store to confirm that it is really unavaliable.

Hermes makes things in batches. Sometimes even the most classic items are not in the market for months or even years. And they get produced again. You can ask your SA but if it’s not being produced and your SA can’t get it from other boutiques, don’t fret. It will come back again.
You can show this to them during your appointment and tell them that you’re interested in getting it. They’ll source it for you if they can, and if they can’t they’ll say it’s only available in [country]
