I would agree with beaumonde on that. If I remember correctly it's a 15ml bottle, and in addition to the size it's not really light enough to be a decoration either. It's quite heavy and bulky.

But, I was thinking it would work great though to use the lock to spray onto unsuspecting robbers while on the streets. They wouldn't know there's a perfume inside.

It will be perfect for a HAC 45 or a 50cm Birkin actually in terms of the bag and lock ratio?.. This is inspiration esp after the perfume have finished and recycle it? Anyway this is a limited edition perfume and i guess it will be diff to obtain?

It really is huge. I saw it in person at the boutique and there is no way you can get away with hanging something like that on a Birkin... unless you want to be like the lady in the commercials who thinks huge accessories make her look slimmer.

It is actually a refillable perfume. You can buy refills and use it again and again without the need to "recycle" the lock.

I still don't like the idea of using it as a charm. The inside is made of glass, and if you were to accidentally knock or drop it you may end up with a broken bottle (and the perfume dripping allover your bag.)
