My SA offered me k25, she gave me everything I wanted except the leather is swift (though I didn’t specify the leather previously). When I met with her, I tried to ask for Togo and said I’m willing to wait. She kept saying swift isn’t as bad as I thought (in terms is scratches). I ended up getting it. The spending ratio is around 1:2, meanwhile I got mini 2424, Constance 24 and a mini e, and couple of other “dessert” bags. What do you think of the combination? Do you like swift? I try to convince myself it’s a “good deal” cuz the spending ratio is kind of low (in HK).

I have two Halzans in Swift, and thing its a good, durable leather.

That’s great, I’ll get a bag pillow for sure.
Just be mindful that a bag pillow may push against the interior pocket and create a noticeable indent on the outside of the bag (though on a black bag it may be less prominent). Research pictures of older swift K25s on the resale market to get an idea.

You say your prespend was “1:2“ just to be sure I’m understanding, are you saying you spent half the cost of the bag or twice the cost of the bag? If I wanted a Togo bag and had spent 2x, I would not have accepted swift as they do look noticibly different and will age differently (worse), in my opinion.

So the price of my bag is around $9xk Hkd, I spent around $18xk in order to have this offer. If this was a Togo, it would be my 100 percentage dream bag. But my SA doesn’t seem to want to offer me another combination.

If you don't love Swift, you don't love Swift. Personally I like smooth leathers and like Swift in size 25. You accepted the bag, so if you are really unhappy with it, perhaps your best recourse is to find a friend with a Togo bag to trade?
ETA: Spending 180K HKD and getting Constance 24, Evie TPM, a 24/24 and whatever "dessert bags" are, PLUS a Kelly 25, is not such a bad outcome in the Asian market....

I want my next bag to be in Swift, Its a lightweight leather and I personally think it looks and feels lovely.
But YOU need to love this leather and your bag.
I am well aware that swift can be subject to edge wear and slouching but that does'nt bother me..
Will it bother you?
If so I would return the bag and hold on for what you truly want hermes is too expensive to 'settle' for anything other than what your heart really wants.

My K25 and K28 are both swift. I like the lighter weights and softer feeling. Togo is my second favorite. But it's too expensive to keep if you're not 100% satisfied. These really aren't the kind of bags you can just buy every month or so -- the one you keep you will likely have for a long time, so make the best choice. I would advise you to wait for togo and not be swayed by the SA.

Although you can always sell if they don't work for you. I've done that with two bags I thought would work for me, but didn't. Not a perfect solution, but it is an off ramp. That said, I never buy anything unless I think it will be used and loved for the rest of my life.
