Does anyone know if the Kelli tote is an outlet bag? I'm having a hard time figuring it out. There's no lining & it did not come with a dust bag. I'm wondering if anyone has seen it in the outlet stores or department stores. It comes in Lt cream, blue, black, brown logo, vanilla logo and aluminum logo.
