maybe I should have headed it Keith Richards is alive
He just had his 80th Birthday a couple of days ago.
He’s awesome. If you saw Martin Scorsese’s film Shine A Light, and I highly recommend you do, you will understand why Keith is still merrily with us. He is a kind, he generous, and happy rascal of a man who loves life and thoroughly enjoys his work. I loved that film.

I don't know why I hadn't heard of that movie...will try to get it. I really enjoyed The Last Waltz - documentary done by scorcese about The Band
He did an excellent job! Really well done as per the usual. If you liked The Last Waltz you will enjoy this as well
I started watching it today...watched for an hour and there is still a lot more to go....good
I think I liked The Last Waltz better...Roger Ebert (or whoever wrote the review for him) loved the Stones one more. I'll try to watch the rest of the stones one today.
