My spring 2006 Keepall Ouvea arrived today at LV Boutique in Scottsdale, AZ.

It's beautiful and it will join my keepall family of Mono55 Keepall , Multi Color Murakami Keepall, Cerise Keepall and my new Keepall Ouvea..Im glad I decided on this "Limited Edition" rather than the Damier Keepall.

Speaking of Damier...I special ordered my Damier Montsouris GM Backpack with my specific specifications in it..ie..lining..etc.
Had to put down down payment and it will take at least 6-8 months to make. It will make a sweet partner with my mono Montsouris GM that I already have. Totally worth the wait.

I will post pics soon.

I saw the new Bosphore Mono Backpack in the cataloque and the Mono Jean style ones......Did NOT like it. It's hideous..I think. Classic is always great!!!

Can I ask you how much it cost to make it the Montsouris??? I am really interested in it!!

Hi,

Approximately $1200+. They still have to charge me about 30% down.
I requested the orange lining (like the Naviglio Messenger bag lining one) instead of the current raspberry/reddish suedelike lining and also, If they can add a cell phone pocket inside(subject to approval..but according to the SA/Manager it will not be a problem..lets see). Same concept as the Mono Montsouris. The Backpack strap is still the same clothlike material like the mono ones but instead of the Vachetta leather..it will be the dark chocolate brown leather trim on the bottom and everywhere else.

It will take 6-8 months and I dont mind waiting for a while.

congratz on your new Keepall! i just LOVE the Ouvea canvas... it's so retro. i've got the Ouvea Carryall and it stands out among all my LVs. i think a collection of Keepalls is a wonderful idea. and i've seen a Damier Montsouris GM in real life and i love it! much more nicer than the original Mono version. can't wait to see pics of your babies :smile1:
