Happy Friday. I got this piece earlier this year for traveling. But I'm scared to damage it or put it on the ground in the airport or other places. Any tips? Do y'all have dust bags that y'all use when traveling to protect it besides the standard one that comes with it. I just think that one would be hard to use. Thanks!

I got the 45 and it goes on the carpeted floor of airports and underneath the seat of the plane. It’s been fine so far. Enjoy the bag!

Our 50 was purchased resale. We have carried on (upper compartment and floor), gate checked and full checked. We do remove the strap to check. Most recently, I was on a delayed flight where the airline sent some luggage ahead on the earlier scheduled flight. The gentleman at baggage assistance did put the keepall with him in the locked office. He thought it looked too enticing and easy to grab in the roped off area in front of office.

My sister has a 45 or 50 she bought retail. I know she has had to check and gate check her wheeled LV carry on, but I don’t think she has ever checked the keepall. She recently had vachetta replaced after spilling something on it several years ago. I don’t remember all the details, but the spill happened in her position and had nothing to do with an airline.

I have the Keepall bandouliere 55 and love it! I have not used it for air travel but use it frequently for road trips. I love it and do not baby it. It is still in great condition. I totally understand being careful with a bag and taking care of it when not in use but if you are going to put it in a dust bag when you are using it what is the point?

Right now I have it sitting out in the closet. I did the black trim because I was nervous. I'm glad to hear you don't baby yours. It's so pretty.

That is good to know. I did the black trim and I don't plan on checking it lol.

I am happy to read some of the reviews on here in regards to the keepall. I am currently waiting on a keepall 45 I'm the pastel because I fell in love with it? However I'm not one to baby my bags and I'm hoping I can use a 45 as my personal bag on business trips and put it under the seat. I dont want to worry about abuse on a bag, hence I got the 45 thinking i can carry on a plane

I have a 55 and used to use it for air travel but since they’ve started checking in more and more cabin bags I’ve refrained from using it. I have no issues putting it on the floor anywhere but I draw the line at checking it in and cba to go through the drama of refusing to check it in at the airport. Mines a damier graphite (so black trim).

I tried the 45. But I am really tall and my frame is not small lol. So it looked like a gym bag on me.

I'm 5'7 myself and more on the plumpy side. I just wanted something big enough to use for a weekend but small enough to be able to use as a personal item with a carry on
