Hello peeps! I am totally in love with the idea of the Keepall 35 being a functional travel bag for me as a rather small woman (5“2‘)! I already own a Keepall 45, which really is too big for my size and gets so heavy that it really is bothersome for me to carry. The Speedy B 30 ist ok, but a bit too small as a travel bag.

However, I could not find many reviews yet about the Keepall 35 on the social media. So I was wondering, did anybody here order one of the Keepall 35s?

If yes:
1. How do you like it?
2. Would you recommend the Canvas or the Taurillion one?
3. Or would a Speedy B 35 or 40 be a better option for a travel bag/handluggage bag?

Also, I love photos. :cool::biggrin:
Thank you for any infos my dear friends!

So little update: I went to the store today myself to take a look at the Keepall 35.

Size:
It is gorgeous. I love the size! It actually is smaller than I expected, but as it is longer than my Speedy B 30, it looks much more spacious and functional for daily use. It could easily fit my iPad 11 Pro and DIN A4 Sheets or a magazine (putting the iPad 11 Pro in my Speedy 30 requires juggling and is rather painful).
I think I could be fine using it as a overnight bag (I am small 5“2‘, so my things are not as space occupying) and it would have a great size as a carry on luggage for my size!

Canvas or Taurillion:
They only had the Canvas one in store. I looked at the Taurillion one in 25 to get a feeling for it.
Initially when I saw it first online, I thought Canvas, but then did not like the reverse parts on the side as they look quite flashy on the online photos. Only other option is Taurillion. I love a whole leather bag, but was not in love with it on the photos and I don‘t know why, but thought probably it is the better deal for only 400€ more. So I wanted to see both in real life.

Now looking at it, I am definitely in love with the Eclipse Monogram! The reverse part is not as bright in real life as on the web photos and the combination looks very sleek and understated.
The all leather and all black Taurillion one should be more understated, but actually looks more flashy to me because I feel that the embossed logo is more visible. The leather is divine though and the bag very light, so not heavy at all for a leather bag.

Speedy 35 or 40:
I wanted to compare it to those two, but they did not had them in store. I already have been thinking about ordering either a Speedy B 35 or 40 Mon Monogram for that purpose. The Speedy is a but higher than the Keepall and I actually like the leather straps around the Keepall more than the naked middle part of the Speedy. So I was fine with not looking at them for comparison.

Now I ordered the Eclipse Canvas one and can‘t wait to get it in my hands and use it everyday! (The instore one had one of the straps sewed on a bit slanted on one side…)
Finally a good sized all day bag in luggage style!

Sorry for my long babbling, but perhaps it is interesting for those who are also searching for information like myself. :-) Will post pics when I get it!

Some larger Speedy / speedy b 30 is actually measured at 35, so 30 35 isn’t huge difference, I have the keepall b 45 as well, it’s a true travel bag, if I’m going for a smaller travel bag I probably would take Neverfull GM. I think the keepall b 35 is great as a mens work bag. Speedy b 30 might be small for travel but it can be used as everyday bag when arrived the destination, doesn’t have to take another bag

The Speedy B 30 is a fantastic everyday travel bag! Mine has been with me on most of my travels!

Ya, it is funny the Speedy 30 I have (Kusama 2012, Dentelle, Grafitti, DE and Mon Monogram) indeed all vary in sizing… I think the biggest one is the 2012 Kusama…

However, even if the Keepall 35 is not much bigger, the opening and bag length being more wider, makes its inside more easily accessible. I can‘t wait using it for work because I commute (no driving licence), so the Speedy B 30 does not fit all my daily work essentials plus food, but the Keepall 35 will have enough space for it and I get to use it as a gym bag.

So, today I went to collect my Keepall 35 Eclipse! Some unboxing first.
It comes with a pretty large dustbag and a fabric strap. The fabric strap has a small d-ring as usual.
Inside it has a flap with two thin compartments (like in the Speedys, but with two compartments). Otherwise inside it is a black hole. I have ordered a lighter color insert for it as I have in my Speedys.
This one is otherwise perfect.

Now a comparison to my Speedy B 30. It actually is a cm less wide than the Speedy.
Measurements Keepall 35: 34 x 21 x 16 cm
Measurements Speedy B 30: 30 x 21 x 17 cm

Standing aside, they do not look too much different, but looking inside the opening, the Keepall 35 looks way more spacious. Will test that tomorrow when I lug it to work. I am in good hopes, that I can fit my daily work essentials plus food in it or a 1-2 days luggage…

And finally two modeling pics. I am 5“2‘. Sorry for my boring outfit, I was too tired to change into something fancy…
I don‘t like fabric straps much, but I have to admit they are way more comfortable, when really carrying stuff in your bags than the thinner and harder leather straps.

Appreciate the thread! Must be a very recent addition as there’s barely any discussion out there.

Do you think the canvas is more structured/stiffer than the Taurillon?
Yes, it just arrived two days ago! I only saw the Taurillion in 25, but actuallx I think the Canvas might be more pliable. At least when it is new… I don‘t know how the Taurillion behave in a bigger bag and after some use…
