I bought a ladies White Gold and Stainless MOP diamond dial Rolex about a year ago after debating if I should get all white or go with the 2-tone. Lately, I have been liking yellow gold more so I have been thinking about trading in my watch in for the same diamond MOP dial in 2-tone. My jewelry is 2-tone David Yurman and white gold, I'm 26 and this is my one and only, everyday watch. My Ad said this is an option with Rolex, what do you ladies think I should do??

*The pics I have attached are of the same style ladies datejust I have(the pic is actually men's though) and the same style in 2-tone that I'm considering trading in for.

I think the two-tone would compliment the jewelry choices you make. David Yurman produces a lot of two tone pieces. Both watches are beautiful - I love the WG/SS the most; but, I am not a YG person. If you are a YG person then it may be time to trade in. (you really can't go wrong with either!)

Another vote for the two tone! No regrets...it'll take you through some good years before your preference change again.

A few years back, I never liked the two tone but since I have the two tone now, I am now eyeing the all gold! :sweatdrop:

Nvie, you have this exact watch, with MOP diamond dial right? Your pics look amazing and makes me really like the look of the 2-tone with MOP!

A year ago when I got my all white Rolex I thought that the 2-tone was a little busy but now I think the 2 tone looks elegant & very classic, what do you guys think?

I have the two tone, I love it and wear it everyday. It goes with everything and is so comfortable I don't know it's on. I like the all white, too, but since I vary my jewelry gold colors I prefer the two tone.

I do think the two tone is classic and elegant, just as much as the stainless. It's totally a matter of personal preference, so I can't really say what I'd do in your situation. It sounds like either watch would coordinate fine with your jewelry, so it comes down to... which one are you more drawn to? Do you love the two tone? If you do, then you should get it!

No doubt about it, you will lose money when you make a trade. I love your white gold watch and I would keep it, it's a classic that will never look wrong.
Wear it with any color metal as it is a neutral and will always look perfect.
