If I haven't used it for a while and start thinking of getting rid of it, I use it for a few days just to make sure. Sometimes I fall back in love with it, the ones I don't, go.
If it's annoying.
Or causes me to hesitate over using it.
=bag is gone.
Last 1 donated bled dye onto other items & leather blistered in rain.
Too much hassle.
Donated & done.
I keep bags I like.
And do not hesitate to use.
But not necessary to fit into cost-per-wear framework & justify.
Some get used less=fine by me.
I buy new & do not resell.

I would not mind having bags that would get used less frequently. It is nice to be able to take out something that you do not carry every day, but if you got a bag that you think about using but you constantly keep on choosing another bag till take out instead, or wishing it was another bag that you do not own, then I'd sell or donate the bag!
