I purchased a 0.22 ct E VVS1 platinum pear RHR solitaire at the Landmark recently. I’m having second thoughts since I already have a beautiful non-Tiffany round solitaire RHR. I also wonder whether I should save a Tiffany purchaser for something special and distinctly Tiffany: I am lusting after the small Lock earrings and medium Hardwear earrings in yellow gold. What would you do? Pics of my Tiffany ring and the solitaire I already had below. Thanks so much for the input!

It's up to you but for me when it comes to diamonds I try to go for the largest and best cut for impact. For that reason I cannot afford to purchase from the luxury jewellery houses.

However I will buy gold designs and Tiffany knot and hardwear are 2 of my favourite lines. For me, it would be an easy choice to exchange but you'd need to weight it up for yourself. That said, I recall you had another thread. Have you been wearing the ring?
