Keep or Return? Cartier Love ring Platinum

Help! I ordered a beautiful used platinum Cartier Love ring and it turns out they run pretty large- a ring I bought for my pinky will only fit my left ring finger. I am single and don't want to appear taken (until I am taken but don't want to dissuade anyone before then) and trying to figure out if I should return the ring- what's the likelihood I'm going to find another used platinum Cartier ring that comes with full authenticity certificate again? Everything else I'm seeing available doesn't come with a Cartier authenticity certificate and even through "trusted" sites I don't want to buy anything that doesn't have a matching, filled out, and stamped Cartier certificate.

I don't want to put ugly ring sizers on this ring to make it fit my pinky

What about wearing it on your right hand ring finger?

It doesn’t fit on my right hand ring finger sadly- it’s too tight on that one. The only finger it fits on is the left ring finger so I decided to return it since that’s the only finger it fits on and in the future I’ll wear ering and wedding band there
