I hesitantly brought in my brand new French Navy Little Minka to my local KS store due to a manufactuer defect early last week to be sent out to be repaired in New Jersey. For those of you who have sent KS items out to be repaired, what have your experiences been like? How soon do you expect my bag to be returned to me? I only had my bag with me for two days before I sent it out for repairs, and I am getting impatient!!
