Some of the other shopping blogs have the bag as a hot-pick or a pan. It's supposed to appear in August but isn't on the Kate Spade web site yet. So the blogs say. Let's see if I can upload this close-up pic....

If you go to katespade.com, go to clothing, then Fall Looks--it is the look called "Best Impulse Buy" (kind of funny title). It isn't available online, but CS said September. I called a b&m store and she said the same thing, but I did a pre-sale for it.

I think it's a great bag if you are into late 1960s/early '70s clothes/style.
Don't expect me to talk you out of buying it because it's prob one of the only KS bags I've seen that I like.

It's $425 and I phoned the KS flagship in NYC this morning and I am on a waiting list for when it arrives in September. It is kitschy, but so adorable at the same time. I wear a lot of brown and green in winter and this would be perfect. I also live in an area where nobody is going to know that this is Kate Spade and what season it is from, so I could wear it for years.
