product codes on the outlet items start with a W and the retail items start with a P and the outlet styles have a gold metal plate as the signature and the boutique styles are stamped with Kate Spade New York
Ive called dozen of stores because Im looking for a planner and they've all said kind of the same thing. They're sold outits like I'm looking for a rare sighting of a unicorn at this point.

If you're looking for a leather one, you can find them on ebay. But I'll warn you, I was told when I called the Kate Spade website looking for the planner pages, they are not making them any more.
Rare colors, like green and pink, like that are selling for stupid amounts of money. Regular colors, like red and black, are selling for around $100 - $200, depending on size. Paper ones are also there, going for somewhere in the $30-$40 range. Good luck! (Look at it this way: the further into the year you go, the cheaper a 2015 planner will be.

I just got a Kate Spade Rachelle purse from a KS outlet last week. I went back and had my purse exchanged bec the hardware logo was tilting/slanting. I also asked for a dustbag. They had my purse changed but they didn't give me any dustbag. Their reason was that it was a final sale. Final sales are unexchangeable. My purse was not even in the clearance section. It only had a 30% off tag price and it was not part of any final sales. The first lady who had my bag told me I should have a dustbag but the other guy didn't let me. But I believe I should be given a dustbag, regardless. It's a purse not an SLG. I also had to ask for paper bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! because nobody bothered to offer or even ask if I already have one! This is my first KS handbag and the experience isn't satisfying. I may not go back to that outlet store no more.

Thank you. Yes, I had almost figured that out by now, just wanted to be completely sure. It really is annoying since these purses weren't cheap at all, and I could have gotten much better quality purses for that price, instead I bought fake ones. So embarrassing! And as I said, sooo annoying that I had to order from them because Kate Spade's webpage doesn't ship to my country and you can't buy KS handbags in any store here... Grrr.... To top it all off, they're probably even made out of plastic!!!
