Happy to hear this. I've purchased a couple of KS bags recently and I'm very happy with them.

MK bags have become too common, I feel like I see them everywhere.

And Coach, while I love their older styles, I don't love anything they are doing right now. And I feel like their quality just isn't there anymore.

As I get older, I'm interested in more classic, classy styles, and KS fits the bill!

I've always been partial to KS even since the early days. Probably in part because we share a first name 😊

I have a friend named Tory who loves TB for that reason too hehe

I really think KS has found its niche in styling and stay true to it. I tend to bounce around designers a bit, but there's usually a few items I but from them seasonally and they always have distintive KS details.

I also think they've found the right balance between pricing and discounts. While I know there are frequent coupons, I never feel as though an item isn't worth the full-price.

i love kate spade! i'm relatively new to them, too. i got my first KS last year and it is my most favorite purse to carry! i recently added a few more to my collection. (i just added another KS and a tory burch yesterday when shopping at the outlet mall!)

i do have to say that i'm a little take aback though... my first KS which is just over a year old... the handle has come apart. unfortunately, it's just past the year mark and i don't have the receipt... so i'm going to try to repair it myself (apparently you can glue leather straps together?)

it's frustrating because this is currently my favorite purse, but because i own several it's not like i carry it every day. i have coach purses that are several years old and have been carried far more than my KS and they look like new!

hopefully my latest KS purchases won't fall apart on me!

and as far as coach: each time we go to the outlet mall i check them out and never find anything i like. i check the new releases online or check the store and same thing... they just haven't been doing anything for me lately...

You might want to post in the Coach Rehab thread to see if they have any suggestions for you on what glue to use. They're very helpful over there. :smile1:

I love Kate Spade so I am glad to hear this! Their bags are high quality and their customer service is bar none!! Plus you can almost always get items on a deal or coupon. I am always impressed by their salespeople, particularly a salesgal at the Vegas store in Fashion Show Mall.

Stormi, last year (at Thanksgiving) I bought a KS bag that I use as my work bag, so pretty much every weekday. The rubber sealing on the handles has come off in parts but the leather looks fine. I've been using it hard for a year so I'm chalking it up to that.
