Kate Hudson Turquoise Bracelet

I live in 2 states: coastal CA and southern NM. Having seen many turquoise pieces, my educated guess is that this bracelet/cuff is a one-of-a-kind. The color of the turquoise suggests a Native American manufacture rather than Ippolita or Gurhan who designs turquoise pieces with Persian turquoise.
