I think the only difference is that the Sporty Kate is "adorned with the CL varsity logo giving the pump its sporty appeal while retaining the elegance of its namesake" at the back of the shoe...?

There's also the stitch by the heel that the other pair doesn't that echoes more of a sports-type shoe?
