Well, Audrey, I did open the bottle last night. Let's just say it's FAR BETTER as a conversation piece. :true:

I did ask DH to pick up another bottle since I opened this one though. I want to have a bottle as a momento for a while and since this bottle is now in the "cooking wine" part of my cabinet, I'd prefer an uncorked one.

I haven't opened it, but being a $6 bottle of table wine I'm not too optimistic. Of course in my house, if we try a new bottle of wine and don't like it, the philosophy is "I can always cook with it."
