Just ordered a Cartier trinity cord bracelet

I finally broke down and ordered the cartier trinity cord bracelet that I have been admiring forever! I used my Wal Mart VISA moneycard to place the order and I got an order reference number issused to me. Does anyone know how long it takes Cartier's website to send you an email with the final acceptance of the order? I got one confirmation email but it said I would receive another when my order is accepted.
I hope my order goes thru.
