i have no idea, but have read that they pop up from time to time. i think bags4bubbles did a youtube video and she mentioned that hers was only available for a very short time when she purchased, then sold out. i thought maybe someone was looking for these so i posted.Thanks! You can also call customer service and they can find a store that has them. I did that when I ordered mine..They will transfer you to the store to pay and have it shipped...
