I haven’t been around much lately….but those that remember me, might remember I have been an advocate of using one’s bags and have been unapologetic about my use, which many might consider bag abuse….
I recently moved and had a lot of ‘help‘ packing and my disorganized self got even more disorganized; unpacking has been an adventure…and I am sure it will be for some time…but as I unpack, I am trying to clean and restore and be more organized going forward so I will use my bags more often. The last few days I have been treating a few bags to some spa services (cleaning and conditioning
).
This morning I was hurrying to get out the door my credenza caught my eye. The caotic nature of the bags drying, my bag and some spoils from some recent shopping, some small items I unpacked, and the morning light made me smile.
I admit, I often feel conflicted about consumermism, over consumption, and the inflated prices of designer goods…but for today I will enjoy these beauties….
