just curious... anyone w/ '09 BBW MAB have probs w/ handles? r/o

ok. i'm just asking bc i just received a spring 09 version, and the handles are softer (less structured/firm) than my other MAMs. i wanted to see if others who have the same bag noticed as well and have had any issues w/ "bent" handles.

They have changed the quality of the handles several times over the past year or so. if for some reason you feel your handles are defective, you should contact someone at RM to get them replaced. they will replace them free within 1 year of purchase otherwise its a $35 fee after. The older handles did have a tendancy to be "bent" so if yours are, send it in!
