For versatility (if you are planning to use it for both work and weekends) - the City. (I guess the speedy b is also versatile but I personally think the City is so much more gorgeous and delish, hence my pick)
If it’s strictly a fun bag, my first choice would be the Disco followed by the Pandora, because the latter (at least in my head at first) I find easier to go with different sorts of outfits.

I don't have the Bal city or Givenchy Pandora; however, I have the other 3. I'll explain why I like them- but they do serve different purposes for me.
Speedy 30 mono is a classic that is instantly recognizable and will hold a crap ton of stuff and if you get in canvas, the bag is super light. It will look more structured if you use a samorga purse orginizer but without it has a nice slouch. This is my casual bag when I want to haul a bunch of stuff.
Givenchy Antigona Small is structured and much heavier compared to the Speedy. The black goatskin leather is beautiful but tough. This is my weekday professional purse that fits everything I need for the workday. Not as many people know this style so it flies under the radar more (compared to the plethora of LV, Gucci, Chanel here) which I prefer in a work setting.
Gucci Soho Disco is my favorite casual no fuss cross body. Fits a decent amount and can take a beating. Goes well with many styles and outfits - so I feel like this is probably my most adaptable small bag in my collection.

I mean, I would choose the Speedy B 30 but I admit bias as it is one of my favourites. It would be helpful to know what you currently have and what kind of bag you are looking for - are you looking for it to fill a missing hole in your collection, are you looking for casual or something that can also be more formal, something to carry essentials only, or to travel with/carry more than just essentials, do you want something lightweight, how do you prefer to carry bags (shoulder, hand, crossbody?).
