I nabbed some suede Tory Burch Reva flats from the Private Sale. I was so excited, I ordered the dark purple and orange. I think they sold out of just about everything during the sale.

My order, which allegedly is final sale, arrived yesterday. Here's the contents:

Instead of dark purple flats, I got dark green flats. (The box was marked as purple.)

Instead of 6.5 orange flats, I got one shoe that was 6 and the other was 6.5.

I called CS and they told me to just return them with the prepaid label. Since they were final sale, no label was included. I'm waiting to hear back from them but I probably won't wait much longer before I call them again today. What a huge bummer to get your order completely screwed up.

I hope they don't even think for one second that I'm going to accept this order as final sale. Either they fix my order or I'm getting a full refund.

Well of course all the shoes are sold out ... so no replacements for me.

They were actually quite responsive, they are sending me a prepaid address label and have offered me 20% off my next purchase, whether the item is regular or sale price. I think that's pretty good customer service.

Glad to hear that they offered you a discount on a future purchase & will pay for the return shipping. Seems very fair, IMO. So, do you have your eye on anthing w/ your 20% discount?:graucho:
