She's known for her great sense of humour and comedic talent.

And Julia Roberts definitely proved she doesn't take herself too seriously when she agreed to take part in a hilarious new game called Face Balls with chat show host Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night.

The 46-year-old actress was up for the challenge when The Tonight Show host suggested throwing inflatable balls at one another's faces and then watching it back in super HD slow motion.

The side-splitting game had the audience in stitches, particularly when Jimmy's final throw squashed Julia's nose completely.

I watched that episode. I thought the game was a bit childish but I couldn't help but laugh especially when Julia hit Jimmy so hard in the face with the ball! I don't know what she did but Julia looked very very good.

And I agree, I don't like Jimmy Fallon either. Some of the games are funny (not the one with Robin Wright, why was that funny?!), and he has nice (famous) guests, but otherwise I wouldn't watch it.
