Julep.. customer service awful

Just had the opportunity to speak with MARY at JULEP.... the customer

service was absolutlely abominable.... wanted to place an order

for several polishes and was just given the runaround...

has anyone encountered this problem recently???

I own A LOT of Julep polishes and I have never received back customer service. Very strange.

I've always experienced unbelievable wonderful customer service there. They've always gone above and beyond for me. What was your concern? There is also a Julep thread that you can post this in.

I, too, have only had wonderful customer service. They've even called me at home when they weren't able to reach me via email.

well, they did contact me today & they were able to resolve the problem

so I was appreciative of that!!

I have always had amazing experiences with their customer service - and the one time that it took a while to contact someone they compensated by sending me an extra gift. No complaints here!

^well glad that you don't have any complaints and as I mentioned they got back

to me late today with apologies & the matter resolved... so was pleased about

that.. and everyone has different expectations... mine may have been different

so I was not happy but they took care of it...that's what counts!!
