Juicy Tracksuit Sizing and Authenticity

I'm looking at a suit on Ebay. Says it was never worn. Here's the link

They have no feedback but they did admit they are new and didn't know the ropes. They had their shipping at 13.00 and I told them I thought it was excessive and they changed it for me to 7.00. I figured with such a nice gesture they are worth me giving them a chance.

Has anyone ever seen that style before with the colored banding? I'm a 32-26-38 and could I wear a small? I wear a small in any other sweat pant suit that I've ever bought and I'm also 5'2". Can anyone give me advice?

I can't help with the style since they've made so many different suits over the years.
But as far as the size goes, they run a little small. Think skinny, but with average height, or model like proportions. HTHs

It's 100% real. I got it in the mail and it's perfect. It didn't have the tags on it but it still had that smell of new freshly dyed clothing. Apparently the girl was in high school and her parents bought it for her. She took the tags off and then tried it on LOL. Oops. My gain.
