Hello,

I'm considering buying a small Juste un Clou ring but I have some problems in choosing the colour. I mostly have white gold/silver jewellery. My wedding set is white gold, I have a classic Tank with steel watchcase and I wear a couple of silver bracelets. Unfortunately I do not really like the JUC ring in white gold without diamonds. It looks fine but a little bit simple to me. But I'm afraid that the yellow/rose gold model would not match everything else. Sometimes I wear yellow gold earrings but they are quite far from my hands while the ring will be close to the watch and the bracelets.

Would it be fine in your opinion to have only one ring in rose gold (or yellow)? Or maybe I should also buy something else like another bracelet in rose/yellow colour? Or will it still look bad?

I have a SS watch and I wear WG diamond earrings everyday, but I also have a RG and a YG Love bracelets as well as the YG Love ring. I like mixing metals. It's something that is more acceptable now.

I feel that Cartier more than almost any other brand encourages mixing metal colors - after all, they created the Trinity collection! Perhaps get the piece you love in YG, and also get something from
the Trinity collection (or start with that!) and then start mixing and matching! I love the look of mixed metals - I own a couple Trinity pieces, RG JUC and Love pieces, but also WG Menottes and Dinh Van pieces that I combine. There really aren’t any hard and fast rules anymore, like white after Labor Day!

I own the small JUC ring in rose gold and love the contrast. I didn’t prefer the ring in white gold either. I wear mostly white metals or yellow gold depending on the day and outfit. I feel like rose gold blends nicely with both yellow gold or white gold.

It would be perfectly fine, if you like rose/yellow gold on your skin tone, just go for it. Personally, I really like Cartier's rose gold. It's very subtle and IMO it also works fine with yellow gold.
I have white, yellow and rose gold pieces and I mix and match as I please. Go for what makes your heart sing. It's a fun decision to make, good luck :flowers: !
