Jimmy Choo Romy heels are very creased - is this normal or do they not fit properly?

I bought these Jimmy Choo Romy 60 heels in the regular leather a year ago and have worn them less than 10 times. They’re my first big designer pair of shoes and I just feel like the creasing in the toes is so significant and the top 1cm of the pointed toe looks the most odd to me. The shoes fit perfectly length wise but maybe not for my foot shape. When I look at them from the side it looks like my toes are too “high” for the shoe (see the last pic from the side), does that make sense? Can anyone else confirm if this is normal?

Even if your toes were big they could not cause such a crease. The crease happens from the material bending and not from it stretching. Usually creases appear higher in the shoe where the toes bend while walking. This is not the case here.
The only thing I can think of is that the shoe is not strong enough and maybe when you are sitting you push your legs against a wall causing the front of the shoe to lift upwards and to crease. It could also happen when you walk up the stairs if you push your feet into the riser, or when sitting on a stool with the legs bent back and resting on the point of the shoes.
