Hello to everyone,

I am new to the Jimmy Choo forum, but not to the brand and need some help.

I have an older pair of black stilettos I love very much. Unfortunately, I ruined one heel. Replacing just the cap won't work. The cobbler at Pavillon KL told me that I need to replace the whole heel.

Does anyone know where it is possible in KL or Singapore?

Any experience with changing the complete heel?

Solved. Jimmy Choo does heel repairs. Around RM400 per heel as long as they still have the model listed. Repair took 4 weeks.
