Jill Zarin's RHONY Handbag in Season Finale

I was wondering if anyone could tell me who makes this bag. It was in the scene where they were at the club when Luann was going to sing. She had a small clutch handbag, and on the piping at the ends the bag actually lit up. I don't know if anyone else caught that, but I was just wondering if anyone could help.

The one Jill had light up on the outside. Almost like there were glow sticks as the piping.

That's what I thought at first too, but nothing else was glowing and after a few minutes it started flashing on and off.
