jewelry storage and travelling help

Hey, so what are some of the ways you guys store your jewelry? (rings, necklaces, bracelets n earrings) And where can I buy all the things to store the jewelry? (preferably places where i can shop online !)

Also how do u guys travel with jewelry? Like how do u pack it? I have quite a large collection, and i travel a lot between home and boarding school (which means I bring all my jewelry with me)...

Jewellery rolls are grt for travel

I use a thick pouch and put the box pr package of each piece inside to travel

Looking for a new day to day solution myself

I have a Louis Vuitton monte carlo travel case that I use almost everyday. I travel every week with work and I like that you can lock it. If you are in a hotel room with a safe it is easy to pop it in there also. I love this case.

I agree with Gabz, jewellery rolls are great for necklaces and bracelets. you can alos put your rings or earrings into smaller pouches like tiffany ones, and roll those up in the jewellery roll as well.

I use the same thing. Love that you can lock it. Bought it a long time ago before the price went through the roof. If you check on amazon, they have similar cases that lock and are even leather/hard sided.

I have 3 smaller versions that actually came with make-up in them, for $24 a few years ago, at Marshall's or TJ Maxx. I bought them just to store jewelry--and gave the make-up away! I think they're called "train cases". I've never traveled with them, though--they do seem rather large and indiscreet for traveling. If you don't need real suede/leather, the best time to find these is before Christmas and Valentine's Day, in places such as JC Penney, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and even WalMart--in the make-up department.)

The jewelry rolls are great, too, but I suggested larger options, as you said you had a lot of jewlery to transport to school.
