Jeweled Head Bands/Scarfs??

Hey, just wondering if anyone knows a place (maybe online?) to order those jeweled headbands/scarfs that are seen... I don't have a picture.. but for instance, those that watch the Hills on MTV would know about LC wearing that fab jeweled headband in her fashion class....any ideas???

Did you mean they were headband scarves that had jewels on them, or just jeweled headbands, and scarves? I don't know what LC's look like, but here are some from target:
