Etiquette says so. But I guess we have no way of knowing what rings she may have given back and what rings they came to an agreement that she could keep.
Personally I think it would be weird to keep so many rings from so many engagements and marriages but this is J. Lo and who knows what goes on in her head. Maybe it makes her feel good to have that kind of collection?
I remember reading her saying somewhere that she's given them back, however. She doesn't need them.
I wonder aswell....I'm older than her and have only had 2 men in my life, 22 years with the first and 26 with the second, but , after my first marriage went kaput I certainly didn't want to make the mistake again! So, without actually being married, I've been with my second partner fo 26 years. But I've reached the conclusion that living with a man can be pretty stressful and I don't have the patience nor the energy anymore. So if I were JLo I'd definately prefer to live without a man in the house!! But I guess some people just can't live without a man!

a lawyer was speaking about this yesterday - the significance of her filing herself with no attorney and said pretty much what you did. no spousal support and no kids and that it also was a message that there was not going to be a long drawn out fight so that it could be done and over as quickly as possible.

Yes! Having 2 this time around sure supports that. For even more sustained publicity their contrasting style, using the Las Vegas Chapel quickie say your vows, followed by the full on Hollywood A List Production in Georgia, kept them in the news longer. Inserting quirky bits like Ben using a Vegas restroom for a changing area before those nuptials was an additional grab for attention. Must have been kind of crowded in there with photographers present.
Maybe having 2 was supposed to make up for canceling the original one that never happened years ago?
I like the green diamond in the current one, I'm just not a fan of the two diamonds either side or more so the shape of them. They are too distracting. The ring would have been stunning enough with the green diamond on its own IMO!
