Jenna Jameson necklace in US Weekly

Anyone know who makes and where I can get this necklace? Jenna is wearing it in this weeks US mag. Its not a clear pic since I scanned it but it is black pearls with gold skulls. Possibly Alexander McQueen?? Does he make jewelry?

I think I found out the designer. Tom Benz. Anyone heard of it or know where I can get his stuff? I can't find anything online.
