Those aren't the BV wedges though, they look a bit different. The LAX airport ones look to have more of a cork wedge heel... I wonder if they're Azzedine Alaia?

Me too! I think some have got to be Alaia... she was wearing the same cork-type heels in LA last year and in the interview that went with the pics, the journo said she was wearing Alaia wedges...
