Can someone explain why Current/Elliot is so popular? I am genuinely interested because I don't understand the appeal..? They are pricey but I don't see anything special about them.

I wouldn't say any brand is particularly "in" or "out". I always bought jeans according to how good they looked on me. I think wearing jeans that look like they were made for your body is always in. My brand just particularly happens to be CoHs.

Right now, they seem to be releasing a WHOLE lot of the boyfriend jeans/destroyed boyfriend jeans. This is a HUGE trend right now, so I can understand why they're popular now.

it's funny that a lot of the brands mentioned in here were also listed in the "not in anymore" thread... just goes to show it's what looks good, not necessarily the name.

I love my Hudson's, they fit my shape perfectly.

J brands are super hot.
i actually like them a lot cz they are skinnies, comfy and i like that the waist isn't too tiny, thus i dont get a muffin top

Current/Elliott, even though I'm not too crazy about them (a few years back we did the paint-splattered look), but my much more fashionable friend wore these skinnies...

...and she wears them so well.

And J Brands are still popular.
