Does anyone own any jewelry from this designer? What are your thoughts on the quality? I know he mostly does lab diamonds but I was looking at the white gold chain bracelet which I thought was really pretty.

I kind of like the bangle. Reminds me of the cookie cutters my mother used to have (that's not an insult).

I like the Gift Wrap line, but ethically I won't buy from jewellers that only use LG and don't give choice. They have the choice of metals so why not stones?

There's a glut of cheap natural stones out there, if I want diamonds, I want something more than a million years old.

I’m totally with you on that. I’m not a fan of lab diamonds. I want the real thing from the earth 💎

About 6 months ago, I went on the hunt for a while gold diamond pendant and decided to give this company a try. It was my very first lab grown diamond. I ordered their Chelsea pendant with a round brilliant diamond around 1 carat. I was very underwhelmed when I received it. The chain was diamond cut and shiny, but an unattractive grayish color (despite it being rhodium-plated) and also whisper thin. The diamond itself looked a bit cloudy (even after cleaning) and had a grayish tinge to it. That experience totally put me off buying lab diamonds as well, because it was advertised with F+/VS1+ yet it looked completely off to my eyes (and I'm not even picky!).

It also rubs me the wrong way that Dousset touts his lineage from the Cartier family even though he has nothing to do with the company. Personally, I wouldn't buy from them again. The return policy was very easy, though, if you wanted to try them out.
