Jcrew discounts or F&F?

Does anyone know what time of the year is the Jcrew F&F? Or if there are any possible discounts?

I called the store and was told that they don't have F&F deals. They do honor the online prices in store when you print out a pic of the item and the item number.. Not the greatest, but better than nothing I suppose..
