I've never bought Jimmy Choo from the online store, but I highly recommend it! The customer service line is fast and very cooperative. They sent my shoes right away even though it's holiday season~I got it the day after I ordered it!

The gorgeous "Kasava" in gunmetal/blue-gray. It was on sale and only had 2 or 3 sizes left. I was super lucky they had my size! So happy that I got myself 2 JC's for X-mas this year
