I’m a newbie so if I’m doing this wrong I apologize . Anyways I do not like the square shape and excessive width of my face at all - so I want to get a cheekbone reduction and jawline reduction. But I’m terrified of sagging and premature aging of the skin. At the same time I think although sagging is inevitable when you reduce the cheekbone and contour the jaw you can still minimize it by taking into account age and the amount of bone you’re taking off and muscles you’re interacting with. I was wondering if you guys could share your opinion on having both procedures at the same time? Also would it be worth getting them in my late teens/ early twenties and trying to be conservative with how much bone taken off? Since it’s such a controversial topic

There are so many in-depth threads about this topic in the asian plastic surgery forum - even if you're not asian, it's all very helpful!

Here are a couple:

and there are many more, just use the search button

I'm not positive about your first few questions, but as for liposuction, no it would not work, because the sagging would not be due to excess fat, but due to less bone for the skin to adhere to.
