Perusing the site this morning and came across four jackets. The description is “Coats Women’s Domenico Quilted Jacket” and “Coats Women’s Dominico Cotton Jacket” and “Coats Women’s Duttle Microfiber Jacket”. The original prices range from $350 to $650 with sale prices between $262.50 and $487.50. Does anyone know about this brand? Of course, there are no pictures. Really upset sometimes when ILD has great prices on items, like the Pebble Grain Hobo for $129 but no picture or description. I am not a risk taker. Although there was a Florentine Edge Satchel I would have gambled on. It was labeled Florentine Medium Satchel with two recent reviewers stating they took a chance and liked the bag and noted the white edges. There was not a color I liked so I passed but the satchel was half price.

I don't know anything about the coats. Could be another collaboration that Dooney is just offering a sale platform.

As for the Florentine Edge.... that's an old Florentine collection they have brought back
recently. You might find some pictures of the originals somewhere on the web.
The white edging is a sharp look. But as I remember, the edging was fragile... it picked up color transfer from clothing and also from the rest of the bag if the trim
rested against it. I had an edge satchel, but traded it in very soon after buying it.
I don't remember if there were other issues. Of course, the new release might be
different.

I had an ocean blue Florentine edge satchel back in the day. I traded it in because the leather on the sides of the bag aged differently than the front and back, turning into a blue/green color. I have a black edge piece yet and was really hoping for a navy though I may try Ivy (was available for a short time on ILD). Like you, I am hoping the quality is better this time around.

Been thinking about the Edge since yesterday. I think that the white accent edging was some sort
of resin or similar to what they use to glaze raw edges on other Dooney handbags. As I recall,
when that white edging sat on another area of the handbag it could stick and either leave a residue
or pull off dye color. In either case the bag ended up with marks and the glazing was no longer
white in that area.

It was very disappointing since it was such a sharp look!

I took a look and I do not see any pictures for men's or women's jackets. How do you sell items without an image of the item?
If secondary market images are any indication, the jackets have a very Barbour look about them.
