J12 owners... where do you go to get the battery replaced?

Do you take it back to the Chanel boutique? Or do you take it to Saks or NM?
I remember reading somewhere that if you take it to Chanel they send it to the service center? Would you take it to a local jewler to have the battery replaced? TIA

well i dont know how it works in the us but i always send my watches back to where i buy or its boutique...good thing about sending to the boutique is they will send your watch to their authorised centre. it may take longer but your watch is in safe hands.
