ok it's feb 5.... nothing new in my email or on paypal. do they wait until midnight to tell me the outcome of this claim?? i haven't heard from the seller via feebay, pp, or email. this is so frustrating.... how do i find out his/her number?

Patience, my friend. Forget the phone number. You're supposed to communicate thru PayFoe's resolution center. If the seller doesn't respond, PayFoe will rule in your favor and refund the money kuz your transaction was on fBay. Today is the 5th, so you need to wait till tomorrow if the seller has until today to respond. I would call PayFoe tomorrow. Meanwhile, take a hot bath and forget about this thing.
If the seller does not respond by the 5th, paypal will rule in favor of you and refund your $$!! I had this happened to me too many times!!
